This was another recipe of what I did during my meal prep! I ended up putting cubed chicken, garlic and herb seasoning, alfredo sauce, and mozzarella cheese on my pizzas but you can put any toppings you want on it! You can also check out my meal prep blog out here.
Spinach Pizza Crust
2 cups spinach
1/8 cup of egg whites
Italian seasonings- I used Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning
2 TBSP of water
Blend all the ingredients together. Then line a baking sheet, preferably one with edges with Pam and parchment paper. Then scoop/ pour the spinach mixture onto the parchment paper in whatever shape you want your pizza. You do want the mixture to be a thin layer. Bake at 425 for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are brown and the middle is not soft. Then add on your toppings and bake for another tenish minutes. You can also broil for a minute or two to get the cheese more golden brown.
